How credits work
Every AI action — tender analysis, the Hunt Score, a priced BOQ, each of the 11 documents, the Submission Guard — costs credits in proportion to the work it actually does. A complete bid on a typical tender comes to roughly 1,000 credits, so a bigger tender costs more and a small one costs less. Your plan’s credits refresh each month and do not carry over; credits you buy on top never expire while your plan is active, and are only used once the month’s allowance is gone.

Questions bid teams ask
- Does HuntFlow write the whole bid?
- HuntFlow drafts the complete technical package and prices the BOQ; your team reviews, edits and approves. Anything the AI could not ground in your evidence is flagged so nothing invented reaches an evaluator.
- Which countries and procurement rules does it cover?
- All of them. HuntFlow ships with a global profile built on World Bank / FIDIC practice plus 21 regional profiles (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, NZ, India, Singapore, UAE, Saudi, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Brazil, Mexico, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, PNG). Currency, standards and price sources adjust automatically and you can bid in any ISO currency.
- Where is my data stored? Is it used to train models?
- Your documents live in your own workspace on encrypted cloud storage and Postgres. Content sent to the AI provider is not used for model training under our API terms.
- Can my subcontractors or JV partners collaborate?
- Invite teammates with roles (admin, bid manager, technical lead, finance, reviewer, viewer). Threaded comments with @mentions are built in — mention a colleague and they get an in-app notification and an e-mail, and the workspace shows who else is online and which bid they are on. Suppliers and subcontractors need no account: send them an RFQ link and their quotes come back into the comparison. What is not built is simultaneous co-editing of the same field, so agree who owns which section; every change saves instantly for everyone else.
- What file types can I upload?
- PDF (text-based), DOCX, XLSX/CSV and TXT. Scanned PDFs are stored and flagged; upload the text version for analysis.
- How is HuntFlow priced?
- Starter is US$98 a month for one user and 3,000 AI credits — about 3 complete bids. Pro is US$149 for ten seats and twice the credits. Both bill per workspace, and you can buy more credits at any time. Enterprise is quoted for groups and JVs.
